The Operations analysts’ primary function is to provide first line of technical support for business critical applications. Accountable for varied day-to-day support tasks (production incident investigations, root cause analysis, incident fixes & implementations, daily BOD/EOD health-checks, respond to production related issues, queries etc). Work closely with the operations manager to ensure high quality and predictability of deliverables – both in terms of support delivery and support maintenance. Analyze, communicate and present on varied technical and system issues involving exposure to many areas / levels of systems and businesses. High interaction with business users and engagement with development ans other technical support teams, hence close working relationships with all associated systems and business teams is a critical responsibility. Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease down times, streamline work processes, work cooperatively with in team and adhere to processes set by operations manager. Responsible for being available 24 x 5 during working days. Should be flexible with work timings/shifts.

Build on a culture of accountability and quality delivery to create a robust trading Platform. Act as second level technical support to technical operations team for problem identification and resolution. Define and track appropriate metrics for production health and be responsible for capacity planning and testing. The successful candidate will be able to drive projects to completion through interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Strong candidates should have prior experience in software product development, team management. Production Support and project management. Strong C++ Debugging Skills . Good working experience in C#, .net and databases( SQL server). Also, working experience in Linux shell scripting would be an added advantage.

Build advanced automated test suites to exercise our world-class applications. Work with the development teams to design, implement and execute automated tests. Write, automate, maintain and execute performance test cases. Perform functional level verification test and system level integration test. Provide clear and consistent communication with the team on status, risks and quality. Support the team with status/risks on the quality of the solution. Good experience in Automation Testing with Python/Perl Scripting or Selenium.
